The Power of Gen Z Rewrites History

 Introduction

A major behavioral shift is transforming the political landscape in our country, driven by young citizens between the age groups of 18 and 40. Unlike older generations, this modern demographic change is largely based on ideology. Instead of rallying behind traditional political parties and their leaders, Gen Z unites dynamically around common socio-economic causes that grapple our country.

The ultimate catalyst for this Gen Z-headed mobilization was the systemic failure within national examination boards. Due to administrative errors by bureaucrats heading the National Testing Agency (NTA), lakhs of innocent students faced severe psychological distress. Some of them tragically took their own lives due to the intense stress of unexpected exam deferments. 

Three Years of NTA Malfunction and Coaching Center Nexus

The institutional crisis at the NTA is not an isolated event. Instead, it represents consecutive years of systemic vulnerability in the following.

1. Repeated Institutional Failures: Hardworking students have endured immense pressure for three consecutive years due to chronic operational problems at the NTA.
2. Bureaucratic Incompetence: Complacency and lack of oversight led to widespread question paper leaks occurring repeatedly over a three-year period.
3. The Coaching Center Nexus: Exploiting the loops in the system, these long-tenured, corrupt officers within the NTA colluded with specific commercial entrance coaching centers to leak NEET question papers and answer keys for massive financial gain.
4. Illicit Profit Distribution: The generated revenue was systematically distributed among complicit private coaching institutions and corrupt public officials who remained in key NTA roles for longer periods of time to build deep-rooted illicit networks.

Evaluating Government Inaction and Lost Institutional Trust

When initial paper leaks occurred in the past, the central government consistently ignored the warning signs. Despite prominent educationists raising alarms about the long-term consequences, the executive did not intervene. This helped corrupt officials to operate without fear of accountability. 

To restore public trust, the central government should have executed a decisive strategy:

1. Nib Corruption in the Bud: Launch immediate, aggressive internal audits at the first instance of a security breach.
2. Establish Fast-Track Courts: Set up specialized legal tribunals to swiftly deliver judgments to offenders and guarantee immediate justice for affected students.
3. Instill Public Confidence: Build a transparent communication loop to reassure children, youth, and educationists that the sanctity of competitive exams is protected.

By failing to act decisively, the central administration missed a critical window to earn the respect and trust of the nation's youngest voters.

The Rise of Gen Z and the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)

Do you know, youth constitute a massive 40% of the country’s population. When this 
substantial demographic unify under a single umbrella for a shared cause, they hold the
power to bring any incumbent government to its knees.  Frustrated by paper leaks and demanding
 a clean, bulletproof examination system, youth nationwide mobilized rapidly. This created an ideal 
environment for the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP). Though formed just two months prior, the CJP
recognized the leadership vacuum, seized the mantle, and provided the organized platform that aggrieved
 citizens were looking for. 

Uniting under the CJP banner, millions of young citizens presented a strict list of demands to the central government:

1. The immediate resignation of Education and Human Resources Minister Durmendra Praradhan.
2. A complete, transparent restructuring and cleansing of the national examination system.
3. Fair financial compensation for the next of kin of deceased students who lost their lives to exam-related stress. 

Faced with an unprecedented, unified youth front across the country, the incumbent central government was ultimately forced to relent and accept these demands.

Way Forward: The End of Predictable Vote Banks

The success of this movement serves as a stark warning to traditional political establishments. Modern youth do not hold permanent loyalty to any political party; their support is entirely conditional on measurable problem resolution.

Today's youth will only back a dispensation that takes active, verifiable steps to resolve societal crises. If ignored, the youth have proven they will carve out their own path, build their own platforms, and directly enforce a regime change.
